  I have had to engage in more than 3 follow ups on my end with no answers. I have a leaky roof and Nate has failed to follow up with me after multiple voicemail's and texts as Nate said he will reply via text. This is very disappointing when after being recommended so highly by a contractor that works for them. Very poor managing skills when they are busy and if you're not replacing your roof, they will treat you like so.
